STUDIO POLICIES:

1.   Please wait outside, in your car if you can, until the front door opens for your class.

2.   Please do not come to class if you are not feeling well. I will have an infrared thermometer to take temperatures at the door. I will also take my temperature before class.

3.   Masks are mandatory. Please do not enter the studio without wearing a mask.

4.   Grip socks are now required. We will have a limited amount of socks for purchase for $15. Please bring exact change. We can also charge your account.

5.   Please make sure you complete your profile information so we have any emergency contact info and health concerns available. Also if you haven't done so sign the liability waiver online.

6.   Our studio does not offer refunds. Our late cancellation policy is now 24 hours. If you are able to cancel 24 hours before your class, you will not be charged and your class or private will go back into your account. If you cancel late (less than 24 notice) your class or private will be used. If you reserve a spot and cannot make it you must cancel yourself or let us know, before the appointment time. If you do not show up and you have not canceled, that is considered a no-show. A no-show is a $30 charge AND you will also lose your class or Private. It is very important to avoid no-shows as much as possible. Please let us know if you are not coming to class. We do not like charging no-shows.

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES:

1.   We have an excellent, high-end air purifier mounted on the wall, cleaning the air in the studio at all times. I can also safely leave the front and back doors open if necessary.

2.   We have a touchless soap dispenser and a touchless dispenser for hand sanatizer. We will also have hand sanatizer throughout the studio.

3.   Our reformers have new vinyl quick-clean hand and foot straps. Each reformer will have its own sanitizing supplies in reach. Please sanitize your area before and after class.

4.   Classes will be 45 minutes, leaving time for cleaning and sanitizing the studio between classes. 

5.   Between classes, we will use an infrared sanitizing wand to sanitize the apparatus. We will also wipe down everything.

6.   Please bring your own water bottle and towel. There will also be bottles of water available if you need it. Please refrain from filling your bottle from the faucets.
