She fell in love with it instantly, and now Liz Napoli has been teaching Pilates for 20 years. Certified in all levels of Pilates mat and equipment, Liz has taught in studios in Austin, TX, Sacramento, Tiburon and currently teaches in Los Angeles, CA.

Liz Napoli teaches Pilates all day, seven days a week, at Hunt Pilates. Pilates is for every single body, and Liz’s schedule shows it. Men and women, ranging in ages from 6 to 93 years old, come to do Pilates with Liz.

Along with her husband Ron, they have continued to make significant improvements, since they bought the business in 2013. These days, Hunt Pilates has a new location, new faces, and a welcoming vibe.

We do pure Pilates, tucked away in a beautiful spot, surrounded by big green trees. As Liz says, “Who can live without this place?” Come in, and you’ll feel it right away...
